Beginnings

Mon Aug 15, 2005, 2:54 PM
It has been quite some time since I last looked at this website, and even longer since I last wrote anything here. That is about to change. Having overcome some inconveniences and busy scheduling, I intend to begin again here, and see if anything much has changed since last I checked.

how do you feel about being tucked away in suburbia?

personally, i find it dull.

every time you think youre walking youre just moving the ground.

The suburbs have their own little character, and they do have some advantages over other locations, though excitement certainly isn't one of them. The tag of suburbia which I use in my details is deliberately a little misleading. I travel a good deal, and thus my location shifts quite frequently. Currently, I'm back in small town suburbia, and missing open country. Suburbia, really, is safe, secure and stable, not to mention convenient. I agree, though, that is lacks drama, scenery, and interest. I have lived for short times in western Ireland and northern Scotland, and can comfortably say that if I didn't need to be here now, I would most likely be back there again.

Thanks to you all, for taking the time to read what I have written. I know my style is not always to everybody's taste. A quick glance over previous comments here would make that obvious to even the most casual observer. It is nice to know that some people do appreciate criticism.
I wish you all the best.
